Yoga and conscious wellbeing experiences
Five paths to breathe, feel and come back to yourself. Online and out in nature.
What you can find here
Shakti Prana brings together five conscious wellbeing offerings guided by Lorena Shakti: yoga, energy and presence for adults, children and families.
Each experience works from a different place —the movement, the energy, the sound, the play or the rest— but they all start from the same idea: real wellbeing arises when body, energy and awareness move in step.
Kundalini Yoga classes are taught online and in person in the Horta de Sant Joan area (Terra Alta, Tarragona). Crystal therapy can be done in person or at a distance. The retreat is the only one that requires travelling.
You do not need previous experience or flexibility to start with any of them.
Kundalini Yoga for adults
The yoga of awareness. A practice that combines kriyas, breathwork, mantras, meditation and relaxation to unblock stuck energy and restore harmony between body, mind and spirit.
In-person and online classes. It does not depend on age or flexibility: what matters is intention and presence.
For those looking for energy, mental clarity and a calmer nervous system.
Yoga and crystal therapy
An ancient technique that uses quartz crystals to support personal processes on the physical, emotional and energetic level. The session combines a reading of the chakras, the placing of purified quartz crystals and guided meditation with aromatherapy.
Available as individual sessions, in person or at a distance, and also combined with yoga practice.
For those looking for deeper, more individual energetic support.
Sound baths and conscious gatherings
One-off gatherings organised together with other facilitators, where sound therapy, mantra chanting and meditative practices amplify the vibration of the group.
It includes yoga blended with live music, yoga dance and personal growth workshops.
For those who want to practise in a group and try different formats.
Yoga for children and families
Classes where children learn to recognise and handle their emotions through play, stories, music and art. And workshops for mothers, fathers and educators who want to bring these tools into the classroom or the home.
Adapted to every age.
For families who want to practise together and for education professionals.
Spiritual retreat in the Terra Alta
A sustainable country house of 80 m² beside a river of crystal-clear water, in Horta de Sant Joan (Terra Alta, Tarragona). Individual, group or family.
It includes accommodation and meals, guided meditations or yoga, forest bathing and bike rides along the Via Verda. Available all year round, for weekends or longer stays.
For those who need to really stop and switch off for a few days.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need previous experience or to be flexible to start?
No. None of the experiences requires previous experience or physical flexibility. In Kundalini Yoga there are no perfect postures: only the posture that lets your energy move. What matters is intention and presence.
Are the classes online or in person?
Both. Kundalini Yoga classes are taught in person in the Horta de Sant Joan area (Terra Alta, Tarragona) and also online. Crystal therapy sessions can be in person or at a distance. The retreat and the gatherings are always in person.
What does a crystal therapy session involve?
The session combines several moments: a reading of the chakras, the placing of purified quartz crystals on specific points of the body, and guided meditation with aromatherapy. It is a complementary wellbeing practice, not a medical treatment, and does not replace healthcare.
Can children take part?
Yes. There are children’s yoga classes adapted to every age, working on attention, emotional balance and connection with the body through play. Families are welcome to join the practice. The retreat is also set up for the youngest ones.
Who guides the experiences?
Lorena Shakti, Kundalini Yoga instructor and companion in crystal therapy and personal growth processes, from a conscious and respectful approach. She spent many years working with children from a respectful, conscious perspective, and now devotes herself fully to wellbeing and awareness.
How do I book or ask for information?
Through the contact form on this site. Tell us which experience interests you and where you are writing from, and you will get a reply with the available dates and formats.
How much does each experience cost?
It depends on the format. Kundalini Yoga classes are priced differently for single classes or class passes, and for online or in-person. Crystal therapy is charged per session. The retreat varies with the length of the stay and the number of people. Write to us through the form telling us what interests you and we will send you the details, with no obligation.
Is this a religious practice?
No. Kundalini Yoga comes from the Indian tradition and some meditations use mantras in Sanskrit or Gurmukhi, but the practice asks for no belief and no religious belonging. The same goes for crystal therapy, the gatherings and the retreat: they are wellbeing offerings, open to anyone, wherever they come from.
Can I take part if I am pregnant, have an injury or am following a medical treatment?
In many cases yes, by adapting the practice, which is why it helps to tell us before you start. Please bear in mind that none of these experiences is a medical treatment and none replaces medical or psychological care. If you are pregnant, have an injury or a health condition, or are following a treatment, check with your healthcare professional first.
