Sound baths and conscious gatherings
Gatherings where the vibration of the group amplifies your inner connection.
Unique spaces to stop and reconnect
Every now and then we open spaces to stop, explore and reconnect with yourself.
These are moments dedicated to self-knowledge, creativity and a wider sense of wellbeing, where body, mind and spirit find harmony.
I organise these gatherings together with other facilitators, bringing in elements such as sound therapy, mantra chanting and meditative practices that amplify the vibration and the inner connection.
Each gathering is an invitation to open the senses, release tension and rediscover the beauty of conscious presence.

Frequently asked questions about the gong bath
What is a gong bath?
It is a sound therapy session in which you lie down, cover yourself and let the sound of the gong and other instruments wrap around you. There is nothing to do: no postures, no particular breathing, no need to concentrate. It is called a bath because the sound reaches the whole body, not just the ears.
What is it for?
Most people come to it in order to stop. The continuous sound helps the mind stop jumping from one thought to another and lets the body release tension. It is common to leave with a feeling of deep rest, similar to a long nap. It is not a medical therapy and it promises to cure nothing: it is an experience of relaxation and listening.
Does it have side effects or contraindications?
It is a gentle experience, but the sound is powerful and it stirs some people up. You may feel dizzy, want to cry, or notice an emotion you were not expecting. It usually passes on its own and is nothing to worry about; if it makes you uncomfortable, you can sit up or leave the room at any time.
Please tell us beforehand if you are pregnant, if you have a pacemaker or any implant, epilepsy, hypersensitivity to sound or tinnitus, or if you are going through a delicate psychological moment. A gong bath is a complementary wellbeing practice, not a medical treatment, and does not replace healthcare: if you have any health concerns, check with your healthcare professional first.
Does it help you sleep better?
It is one of the main reasons people come, and many say they sleep differently that night. That said, it is not a treatment for insomnia and it does not work the same way for everyone. If the sleep problem is persistent, it is worth discussing it with a healthcare professional.
What should I bring and do I need experience?
No previous experience is needed. Comfortable clothes and something warm: lying still for a while cools the body down. If you have a mat, a blanket or a cushion, bring them. And little else: it is the easiest of all our offerings to start with.
